How to Wrap Zongzi
Wrapping zongzi is a traditional skill. Here are the steps:
First, prepare the materials. You need glutinous rice, bamboo leaves, and fillings like red beans, pork, or dates. Soak the glutinous rice and bamboo leaves in water for a while to make them soft and pliable.
Next, take a bamboo leaf and fold it into a cone shape. Add some soaked glutinous rice to the bottom, then put in your cho n filling. Cover the filling with more glutinous rice.
